Meet the Founder
Committed to helping people of all ages and activity levels—and with vast experience in developing adaptive exercise programs—Bay Area movement and wellness specialist, Geni Quartaroli, is the inventor of Coreball™—the racket game for everyone. What initially began as an educational program designed to rehabilitate seniors, has morphed into a popular racket sport that’s making its way into educational and residential facilities across the country.

Passion for Wellness
Geni’s credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Movement and Development (SFSU) and ongoing graduate work in Kinesiology, Psychology and Gerontology. She is also a certified bodyworker and massage therapist (CAMTC & NCTMB), a certified personal trainer (ACE), and a certified biofeedback practitioner (BCIA).
Geni is also founder and CEO of Opt Well, LLC. Harnessing the innate healing power of the breath, Opt Well offers a wide range of in-person and online services, classes and workshops—along with hands-on treatments, and private and group coaching sessions—all designed to help you move, breathe and live with greater ease. Founder, Geni Quartaroli, attributes the evolution of Coreball™ to her community, clients and supporters. Their continued involvement has amassed a set of solid guidelines and options for play that create added excitement and extra challenges.
